Scrapbooking Prize Competition
The Scrap Witch gives away two monthly scrapbooking prize packs. The main purpose is for a little bit of fun and some extra motivation for members choosing to participate in our monthly Scrapbooking Challenges and monthly Cybercrops. To be eligible for the prize packs, simply upload your challenge entries to the appropriate Challenge Gallery or Cybercrop Gallery before the specified deadlines.
Monthly Challenge Winners
- Challenges are announced in the Monthly Challenges Forum at the beginning of the month.
- Submissions are judged at the end of the month and a winner of each challenge is selected.
Monthly Cybercrop Winners
- Challenges are announced in the Cybercrop Forum during the event.
- Submissions are judged on the Sunday night and a winner of each challenge is selected.
Prize Draw
- Challenge winners are entered into our prize draw.
- One prize pack winner is drawn from the four challenge winners.
- The prize pack winner receives a prize pack containing patterned papers, cardstock & embellishments.
Monthly Prize Packs
An example of our monthly prize pack of scrapbooking goodies is shown right. As a general guide, our prize packs contain:
- Assorted sheets of 12x12 patterned paper, Bazzill cardstock, transparencies, die cuts etc.
- A selection of embellishments such as flowers, ribbon, gemsclips, tags (and whatever else we can find!)
- FREE postage within Australia.
Terms & Conditions
There are a few terms & conditions. We reserve the right to add to or amend conditions at any time:
- The competition is open to any registered member of The Scrap Witch community residing in Australia.
- Overseas residents are specifically excluded.
- By submitting an image to The Scrap Witch's gallery, you agree to allow The Scrap Witch to display your image in the gallery indefinitely.
- By submitting an image to The Scrap Witch's gallery, you agree to allow The Scrap Witch to display your image on other pages of the site for promotional purposes (eg on our home page).
- Members who have been banned for any reason (due to bad behaviour etc) forfeit any rights to prizes.
- Owners/managers of scrapbooking stores/businesses or their employees are not eligible to enter.
- Prizes are not transferrable to another person (either member or non-member) nor any other entity.
- Winners will be notified via private message (PM) or email (ie the email address used to register with The Scrap Witch community).
- The winner will be required to provide a mailing address for delivery of the competition prize. This private information
will not be disclosed to any third parties under any circumstances nor will it used for any purpose other than that stated
above.
- Prizes are sent by regular parcel post services provided by Australia Post.
- The Scrap Witch is not responsible, nor will it replace any lost or damaged prize packs. Claims for loss or damage should
be made to Australia Post. The Scrap Witch will assist by providing proof of postage to support your claim.
- The winner can choose to insure their package against damage or loss at a cost of A$3 payable to The Scrap Witch in advance. (This option is highly recommended.)
- The Scrap Witch does not endorse, nor give any warranties on any products supplied in a prize pack.
